*-To inform Natural Horse of exactly what you require when placing orders for tack for sizes, colours, custom designs etc...and clarify this by email if necessary to naturalhorse@icloud.com

*-No refunds or exchanges will be given on any horsemanship orders as we make these to order to your chosen sizes and colours etc...so please be sure of sizing's and colours and design before placing an order.

*-The return postage fees of any item is to be covered by you please

*-We cannot accept return items which have been used sorry unless in the unlikely even of a fault with the goods

*-We hand-make all the rope tack items here in our New Zealand workshops, and endeavour to send goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of any item purchased, or upto 3 weeks for more detailed custom-made orders during peak times.

*-Whilst we do our best to stock all other items shown on our shopping pages, however some products will need to be re-ordered from our overseas suppliers due to high demands and can take upto 4 weeks to arrive and 6-8 weeks for larger items like saddle pads or saddles.

*-All products shown are subject to availability and we reserve the right to send an alternative unless we have received specific instructions from you prior to purchase to make an exact order to your specific custom designs

*-Whist we do our best to send you the colours of your choice for any product, we reserve the right to send an alternative colour due to current available stocks unless we have received specific instructions from you prior to purchase to make an exact order to your custom colour .

*-Due to the fees we have to pay to credit card providers, as well as the time involved with processing orders, unfortunately we cannot cancel orders if you change your mind so please be sure this is what you want before making a purchase from this site as all sales are final.

*If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately by email so we can rectify any issues straight away, and please return the goods within 7 days of receiving them thank you, as we cannot accept returns after this time-frame sorry.

*Natural Horse Nz will not be responsible for the loss and/or non delivery of orders to addresses supplied by customers that are not postally correct-which means if you supply us with an address THAT IS POSTALLY INCORRECT and your order gets lost, that will be your loss and not ours, as our couriers and shipping agents will not compensate us if this happens.

*-We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Small Islands sorry.

*We fund horse rescue work through the sales of our non invasive tack items, and therefore sick or needy horses will always take precedent over the delivery of sales items so we ask for your understanding and patience in the event of delays due to this, as our rescue horses welfare must always come first.
